• Provided full external scaffold access and safety netting to the property to facilitate the safe undertaking of all works to the entire roof
• Removed and disposed from site the existing roofing system in its entirety including roof sheets, insulation, lining panels, flashings, fixings etc.
• Designed, supplied and installed Euroclad 32/1000 Elite 2 Built-Up Roofing system
• Replaced rooflights with new triple skin GRP rooflights ensuring they were installed to match the existing configuration and layout onsite
• Carefully removed the existing mansafe fall arrest system prior to removal of roof ensuring it was set aside and reinstalled following completion of the roof replacement
• Installed a new Weatherfast gutter to the front elevation
• Installed a new Trimline Gutter System to the rear elevation

Our comprehensive roofing service ensured safety first by providing full external scaffold access and safety netting across the property to facilitate the safe undertaking of all works. We managed the entire process, starting with the complete removal and disposal of the existing roofing system, including the old metal roofing sheets, insulation, lining panels, flashings and fixings. Following preparation, we expertly designed, supplied, and installed the high-performance Euroclad 32/1000 Elite 2 roofing system. We modernised the structure by replacing old rooflights with new triple skin GRP units, matching the existing configuration, and installed a new Weatherfast gutter to the front elevation and a new trimline gutter system to the rear elevation. An essential safety component, the man safe fall arrest system, was installed toward the end of the programme to facilitate safe access to the roof for future maintenance procedures such a gutter cleaning.
