Cubic Storage, Swindon

This was a refurbishment project to turn an existing warehouse into an operational self-storage centre. The works comprised of oversheeting the existing main roof with an insulated sheeted roof system supplied by Coverworld UK Ltd.

The flat roofs to the building were recovered using a Fatra UK PVC single ply roof system. The front elevation of the building was completely stripped out, a new steel frame was installed, and the walls were clad with Tata Steel Composite Trimapanels
