Our comprehensive roofing service ensured safety first by providing full external scaffold access and safety netting across the property to facilitate the safe undertaking of all works. We managed the entire process, starting with the complete removal and disposal of the existing roofing system to 2 no. industrial units, including the old metal roofing sheets, insulation, plasterboard lining panels, flashings and fixings. Following preparation, we expertly designed, supplied, and installed the high-performance plastisol coated built-up roofing system. We modernized the structure by replacing old rooflights with new triple skin GRP units, to a new configuration, and installed plygene gutter liners to the valley gutters and a new trimline gutter system to the eaves gutters. General wall cladding works included the removal and replacement of all damaged wall cladding panels and flashings.
