Our comprehensive service package focuses on the complete refurbishment and modernisation of commercial roofing and cladding systems. A comprehensive design and drawings were completed and Architect approved prior to commencing with the works. This job included the clearance of all redundant elements such as flues, vent pipes, and caps. A critical component of the project involved the safe and compliant strip-out and removal of existing asbestos cement sheeted roofing. We then proceeded to supply and install a new, high-specification roof system, featuring a built-up assembly with durable plastisol-coated steel sheeting and the integration of Insulated Triple Skin GRP Brett Martin Rooflights to enhance natural lighting and thermal performance. Concurrently, all existing guttering and downpipes were safely stripped out and replaced with a new Trimline Guttering System on both the front and rear elevations. Finally, the scope encompassed the strip-out and removal of all existing wall cladding, insulation, flashings, trims, and associated fixtures from the front and rear elevations, followed by the design and installation of a new built-up, half-height wall cladding system on both the front and rear elevations, delivering a modernised, energy-efficient, and professional finish.
